What about a China Visa?

Make a Reservation:

1.) Please be sure to email a Quote Request. We will send you a price quote shortly after your quote is recieved. If you have not filled in a quote request form please click here: Quote Request
2.) After receiving your price quote you wish to make a reservation kindly submit deposit/payment as per instructions below. Kindly include you estimate number on all corrospondences.

Deposits & Payments:

1.) Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms & conditions via our website: www.chinaexperience.com/terms.html. 2.) A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is due to secure your reservation.
3.) Full payment is due 75 days before departure. However, fuel surcharges and domestic add on air prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating oil prices. We reserve the right to amend your fuel surcharges and domestic airfare tour price in the event of airline-imposed increases. To avoid potential increases, you may choose to accelerate your final payment so that your tickets may be issued. Once issued, airline tickets are no longer subject to increase but are fully non-refundable. Prices shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the US dollar as well as on current tariffs, taxes, fuels surcharges, airfares as mentioned above. All prices are subject to change at any time.
4.) If you are purchasing Travel Insurance a non-refundable payment of $169 per person must be paid along with your inital reservation deposit.
5.) Payments can be made by Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, Visa, Master and Discover Cards. For credit cards you may pay online or download a credit card authorization form by visiting our website. Please be sure to include your IQ number above. Make all checks payable to China Experience, LLC.
6.) Late Final Payment Fee: A $100 per person late payment fee will be added to your invoice if final payment is not received by due date above.
7.) Requirements to properly complete and process your reservation:
a. Full payment as above.
b. Photocopy of your valid passport (picture / Name Page). Your passport must be valid 6 months validity AFTER the date of return. Questions on passports renewal or additional pages please visit: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html
c. Completed passenger information form: www.chinaexperience.com/infoform.html.
d. Airline reservations and passenger names: it is the passengers responsibility to verify the name or names shown on the inquiry/invoice exactly match the traveler’s passport name. Revision fees may be applicable if passenger names need to be modified after booking. Passengers are responsible for any ticket reissue charges and or denial of boarding by an airline due to name discrepancies or national security personal.
e. It is the passengers responsibility to check visa, passport and health requirements with the appropriate consulate.
If China Experience, LLC is processing your visa (non-refundable: fee $160 per person): Your passport, a 2x2 photo and a signed completed visa application form (www.chinaexperience.com/visa.html) is due in our office 60 days before departure date. Your passport must have at least (4) blank pages for visa stamps, excluding pages 22, 23, & 24 which are not accepted as visa pages. China Experience, LLC does not accept responsibility for passengers in possession of incorrect or invalid visas. Mailing and delivery fees are additional $20.00 per envelope/package. Passports with completed visas are returned via USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or UPS.
8.) Cancellation Fees:
75+ days before departure...............................US $300.00 per person*
74–30 days before departure...........................US $400.00 per person*
29–16 days before departure...........................US $500.00 per person*
15–3 days before departure..........................US $1,000.00 per person*
2-1 day(s) before departure..........................US $2,000.00 per person*
On or after departure date...................... 100% forfeiture of tour price*
*Plus any additional charges assessed by land suppliers or airlines, in addition to any revision fees. China Experience reserves the right to issue airline tickets immediately upon receipt of your tour deposit airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
